Today I opened up my mailbox and had a great surprise inside. There was a postcard from these guys.
They are a part of my river family that I get to spend the summer with. Each week I look forward to seeing these ladies. They fill me in on the latest river gossip, I tell them about the crazy guests of the week, and then we trade trashy magazines( don't worry, trashy as in People and UsWeekly). It is a high point in my week.After I read the postcard today, I started to get a bad case of spring fever. I am ready for it to be June. This summer will be the sixth season that Vance and I have guided together and I have a feeling that it will be a good one.
