Alabama Trip

Over Martin Luther King Day, we made the 8 hour drive to Alabama to visit Jenn, Jake, and Sophie in their new home. We explored Alabama with them and enjoyed the 60 degree and sunny weather. On MLK Day we visited the Civil Rights Museum and the 16th St. Baptist Church in Birmingham which was a very fitting way to spend the day. If you are ever in Birmingham and have the chance, go to the Museum. We were not ready to leave sun and family to go back to Illinois but it is really nice know that we have family in driving distance. Thanks for letting us come visit. (of course my camera died on trip)
